Dale Allen Fuchs, known by many as "Foxy", 70, of rural Douglas, MN, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 29, 2019 at Rochester East Health Services after a long battle with lung disease. Dale is predeceased by his parents Allen and Esther (Wanke) Fuchs and brother-in-law, Doug Hunter. He is survived by his daughter, Amy E. Haddad, son-in-law Jamie and granddaughters Victoria, Eryn and Sydni of Prospect, CT; sister Mary (Fuchs)Hunter and Jeanette (Fuchs)Frutiger and brother-in-law Richard Frutiger all of Rochester, MN. He is also survived by nephews Guy Hunter, Kim Frutiger, Keith Frutiger and niece Katrina Geise (Frutiger). Dale was a retired dairy farmer in New Haven Township, MN and cement truck driver for PCI Construction. He had a love of animals, the outdoors; deer hunting, fishing, and gardening and old Western Movies. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, May 3, 2019 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes 5421 Royal Place NW, Rochester, MN. A private family interment will take place at Oronoco Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the American Lung Association or the local ASPCA. Amy would like to thank those that played a part in Dale's care - the staff at St. Mary's Hospital and Rochester East Health Services.
