Constance Lyne Bennett

ROCHESTER, MINN:Constance L. Connie Bennett, 64, died Sunday, July 17, 2011 at Maple Manor Rehabilitation and Care Center. Constance Lyne Dudgeon was born August 27, 1946 to Burton and Lorraine (Eberly) Dudgeon in Detroit, MI.Her family moved to Rochester, MN where she was raised and graduated from Rochester High School. Connie attended Rochester Community College for two years and later worked for the State Hospital, I.B.M. and Celestica.Connie married Verne D. Red Bennett on August 28, 1983 in Stewartville, MN. She enjoyed cross-stitch and needle point, and camping. Connie is survived by Red's children, Mark Bennett, Rochester, MN, Linda (Glen) Rausch, Rochester, MN and Jeri (Bob) Martin, Mount Pleasant, SC, four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and her brother Douglas Dudgeon, Apple Valley, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents. Private family services are planned for a later date.
