Conner Wesley Benjamin Miles

KASSON, MINN: Conner Wesley Benjamin Miles, 18, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, February 18, 2012. Conner was born May 3, 1993 in Spearfish, SD to Christel Miles. Conner attended schools in Scottsdale, AZ., Spearfish, SD., Vermillion, SD and Mobridge, SD. He spent his high school years at Kasson-Mantorville High School where he graduated in 2011. He enjoyed working on cars and had a true love for his 1995 Ford Mustang GT. Conner loved spending time with his family and friends, weightlifting, listening to music and helping with the horses on the ranch. He was loved and will be greatly missed. Conner is survived by his mother, Christel Miles; sisters, Fallon Miles, Jennifer Gaskjolen; maternal grandparents, Gerald and Edith Miles; Uncle Wes (Dawn) Miles; Aunt Stephanie (Justin) Crago; cousins, Remi, Brian and Turner; girlfriend and best friend, Jacie Lewis. Conner is also survived by his father figure Jared Sherwood; grandparents, Justin and Neva Sherwood; cousins, Booth, Taylor and Hailey; Conner's extended family, the Darin Splittstoesser family and grandparents, John and Betty Brandli; special Aunt, Diana Charles and a host of other family and friends. A celebration of Conner's life will be held 1:00pm Friday, February 24, 2012 at Community Celebration Church 27401 County Highway 34, Kasson, MN 55944. Visitation will be held from 12:00pm until time of service. Pastor Sue Iverson will be officiating. Conner donated his body to the University of Minnesota for teaching and research.
