Bonnie K. Schnobrich, age 70, of Rochester, died on Friday, December 14, 2018 in Rochester unexpectedly. The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 22, 2018, at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes, 5421 Royal Pl NW, Rochester MN 55901. The visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Bonnie Kay Schreader was born on November 14, 1948, in Pine Island, MN, to Floyd and Shirley (Durst) Schreader. She grew up in Pine Island and graduated from Pine Island High School in 1966. Bonnie attended Mankato State University. On December 23, 1974, she married Victor Schnobrich. They lived in Rochester. Bonnie worked at Woodside Nursing Home and Assisi Heights. Then she worked for the Girls Scouts of America until retiring in 2004. Bonnie enjoyed the outdoors, all girl scout activities and events, quilting, embroidering, visiting, bowling and playing cards. She also enjoyed singing and was known for finishing sentences with a song. Her favorite holiday was St. Patrick's Day. Bonnie is survived by her husband, Victor of Rochester; children, Jessica (Brian) Vesey of Rochester, Julie Schnobrich of St. Peter, Jeryl (Dan Strehlo) Motto of St. Peter and; eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren; sister, Barbara Blankenship of San Diego, CA and Mark (Pam) Schreader of Pine Island.
