Bonnie Jean Radke

Bonnie J. Radke, 76, of Grand Meadow, MN, died Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at St. Marys Hospital. Bonnie Jean Helgeson was born June 15, 1936 in McIntosh, SD to Gehart and Georgette (Calhoun) Helgeson.She graduated from Rochelle High School in Rochelle, IL.She married Roger Radke on March 29, 1961 in Mason City, IA. She lived in Rochester most of her life.She worked at Rochester Methodist Hospital in Dietary Good Service retiring in 1994. Bonnie was a member of United Church in Grand Meadow.She enjoyed bowling, camping, traveling, crocheting, and spending time with her family, friends and dogs. Bonnie is survived by her son, Bobbie (Laurie) Radke of Rochester; three brothers, Ronald (Connie) Helgeson of MO, Lonnie (Sonjia) Helgeson of Spring Valley, MN and Dennis (Julie) Helgeson of Grand Meadow, MN.She is also survived by her in-laws, Wayne Boysen, Donna Hendrix, Shari Radke, Ronnie Radke, Russell and Kathy Radke, and Dave and Gail Hovey.She was preceded in death by her husband Roger in 1987; her parents; and her in-laws, Paul and Beulah Radke, Orval Radke, Paul Radke, Jr., Arlene Boysen, Wayne and Sherry Radke, Eugene Radke, Jimmy Hendrix and Liela Radke. A funeral service will be held at 4:30 pm on Sunday, April 21, 2013 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes Chapel with the Reverend Karen Ashton officiating.Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens.A visitation will be from 4:00 7:00 pm on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes and one hour prior to the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
