Betty Grace Brandt

Betty Grace Brandt passed away October 24, 2015 at Allendale House in Rochester. Betty was born September 2, 1930 to Henry and Grace Brandt. Betty worked for many years at ABC while living in group homes owned by Sylvia Hanson and Delores Holt.Her final years were spent at Allendale House and she attended Possibilities three times a week. Betty was a member of Grace Lutheran Church Rochester.She enjoyed spending time with family, going out to eat, attending concerts and watching ME T.V. Betty is survived by three sisters, Linda (Willy) McConnell, Brenda (Bill) Frederick of Rochester, Randi (Ralph) Cole of Elgin, and one brother, Steve (Sharon) Brandt of Lake City, along with many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Betty was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bruce Brandt; and sister, Ruth Gabrielson. The family would like to thank the entire staff at Allendale House for her excellent care, also nurse Neil, social worker Teri, van driver Randy and Michele who took her on all her outings. The family will have a private internment at Woodlawn Cemetery in Stewartville, MN.
