Bernice R. Mcnally

Bernice Rosell McNally, 93, of Rochester, MN died on February 18, 2014 at Cottagewood in Rochester, MN.She was born on May 2, 1920 in Rushford, MN to Hans and Cora (Markegard) Anderson. Bernice graduated from Rushford High School and attended cosmetology school in St. Paul, MN.Her and her two sisters, Hazel and Clarice ran the Star Ray Beauty Shop in St. Paul.On August 20, 1949 she married Carlton F. McNally Jr. in St. Paul.She enjoyed cooking, traveling, watching birds and flowers.She loved to take of her family. Survivors include her children, Kathleen (Robert) Tautges of St. Paul, MN, Michael (Janelle) McNally of Chisago City, MN, Colleen (Arvid) Nass of Rochester, MN and Jerome (Susan) McNally of Mexico; seventeen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.She was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers and two sisters. The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
