Bernice M. Kuehn

ROCHESTER- Bernice Marie Kuehn, 90, of Rochester, passed away March 4, 2011 at Sunrise Cottages. She was born July 15, 1920 in Rochester to Wesley and Teresa (Sibley) Kolbe. On October 16, 1939 in Rochester, Bernice married George H. Kuehn. She was a member of Worldwide Church of God. Bernice worked for many years at F.W. Woolworth. She enjoyed spending time crocheting, fishing and working in her garden. She is survived by her daughter, Doris (Jerry) Ayala of Pahrump, NV; grandson, David (Christine) Ayala; great-grandchildren, Gary and Jessica, and a great, great-grandchild expected this summer; sisters, Gladys Mulholland, Marjorie Jylland; brothers, Vernon and Max Kolbe and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, George and by her parents, Wesley and Teresa Kolbe; A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home 5421 Royal Place NW, Rochester, MN. Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until time of service. Pastor David Laack will be officiating with interment at Oakwood Cemetery.
