Arthur L. Anderson

Arthur L. Anderson was born on October 22, 1928 in Cumberland, WI to Arthur and Agnes Anderson . He passed away on May 1, 2014 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester. Arthur graduated from Frederic High School in 1947.He served in the United States Air Force for three years and was stationed in England during the Berlin Air Lift.He attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison graduating in 1955 with a B.S. in Microbiology. In 1956 he married Rosemary Wold and joined Pfizer Laboratories and later Roche Laboratories. Survivors include his wife, Rosemary of Rochester, MN; his daughters, Michelle Anderson and Tanya (Corey) Williams of Rochester, MN and his son, James (Susan) Anderson of Rochester; five grandchildren, Mitchell and Valerie Anderson and Collin, Carson and Chase Williams; two brothers, James (Pat) Anderson of Amery, WI and Donald (Mary) Anderson of Luck, WI and one sister, Marlene (Lewi) Olson of Minneapolis, MN.He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, Mark. The family will have a private memorial service in Amery, WI
