Ardeen O. Moe

Ardeen O. Moe Jesus called Ardeen Orville Moe home on November 6, 2016 at Rochester Methodist Hospital. He was born on March 14, 1941 in Rock Dell, MN to Abner and Elsie (Grovdahl) Moe. Ardeen was born again as child of God at his baptism on May 11, 1941. Ardeen graduated from John Marshall High School in 1959 and married Arlene Fields on March 12, 1960 at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Rochester. Ardeen enjoyed working and owned A A Cleaning Service. Survivors include his wife, Arlene of Rochester; four children, Connie (David) Hollenbach, Brian Moe, Diana Jeter and Cheryl (Shannon) Eyre, all of Rochester; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and five brothers, Luverne (Helen) Moe of Rochester, Merlin Moe of Council Bluffs, IA, Stanley (Darlene) Moe of Rochester, Norman (Bonnie) Moe of Las Vegas, NV and Daryl (Sylvia) Moe of Rochester. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, one granddaughter. Funeral services will be at 11:00am on Friday, November 11, 2016 at Ascension Lutheran Church in Rochester with the Reverend Brian Semrow officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Grandview Memorial Gardens. Memorials can be made to the family.
