Alyce Westphal

Alyce Westphal, 90, of Rochester MN passed away July 18, 2024. Alyce was born May 1, 1934 in Preston MN to Elmer & Violet Krieger.

She graduated from Wykoff HS and was married to James Westphal on June 9, 1952. She and Jim settled in Spring Valley MN and raised their 4 children.

Alyce enjoyed raising and showing dogs, traveling, and spending time with family.

She is survived by a brother, Danny Joe Krieger, daughter Teddie (Paul) Minchinton, son Mike (Rita), daughter Kris (Dave) Bassi, and daughter Amy (Sam) Meyer. Seven grandchildren, Seth (Natalie) Eskew, Sean Eskew, Hilary (Sam) Taylor, Jesse Renaux, Jeremie Meyer, Samantha (Ben) Morris and 15 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, 6 siblings and her husband Jim.

A graveside service for family will be held at Frankfort Cemetary in Spring Valley
