Alvera Streich

Alvera A. Streich, age 82, of Rochester, MN passed away Wednesday October 4, 2023 at Cottagewood Senior Communities in Rochester, MN.

Alvera was born on November 14, 1940 in Elma, Iowa to Victor and Dora (Friedrich) Streich. She attended Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato, MN. She worked with the Olmsted County Welfare department for eight years. Alvera enjoyed bowling, playing cards and hiking during her lifetime.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Dora Streich; and her brother, Lavern Streich.

Graveside services will be held at Maple Leaf cemetery near Elma, Iowa.
