Agnes Virginia Carlson, 93, of Rochester died on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at Season's Hospice. Agnes was born on June 15, 1928 to William and Mamie (Hill) Wuollet in Minneapolis, MN where she grew up. On May 1, 1948 she married Arley Carlson in Eveleth, MN. The coupled moved to Rochester where Arley started his career with State Farm Insurance. She was very active in the Rochester Symphony and Chorale and was a member of Autumn Ridge Church where she sang in the choir and helped stuff mailers. Agnes enjoyed crossword puzzles, walking her dogs and golfing. She is survived by her son, Keith (Sally) Carlson of Eau Claire, WI; grandchildren, Leah Thomsen, Jeffrey Thomsen, Katie Carlson (J.R Thews), Scott Carlson, Jordan Carlson Long and Danika Carlson-Long and four great-grandchildren, Taylor Thomsen, Ryan Thews, Connor Thews and Aiden Carlson. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, two daughters, Denise Carlson-Long and Connie Thomsen and ten brothers and sisters. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes, 5421 Royal Place NW Rochester, MN. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Autumn Ridge Church and Season's Hospice.
